About the Item

A stunning set of ten Danish vintage teak dining chairs, made by Boltinge and dating from the 1970-80’s. They are of superb quality, with beautifully constructed solid teak frames. They have a stylish and practical design, they are very comfortable and supportive, they also look amazing from all angles. The condition is superb for their age, the frames have been cleaned and freshly oiled, they have been newly upholstered in a gold velvet fabric. There is only some extremely minor wear to the frames here and there. Width – 53 cm , 21 inches Depth – 49 cm , 19 inches Height – 112 cm , 44 inches Seat height – 46 cm , 18 inches

A stylish and extremely well made set of eight Danish vintage teak dining chairs by Johannes Andersen, dating from the 1960’s. They are of outstanding quality with a gorgeous design, they are very comfortable and supportive. They have a beautiful and sculptural design, the curved back rests sweep down into the sides of the seats, they stand on beautifully tapered legs. We have had the solid teak frames stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent throughout. The black vinyl seats are in superb condition, they appear to have been upholstered at different times as four are slightly more matt in finish, while four have more of a shine.
