About the Item
This set of four vintage mid century Bentwood Prague Model 811 cafe dining chairs were made in Czechoslovakia by Ligna circa 1960 and based on the original design by Austrian architects Josef Hoffman
Josef Frank for Thonet from the 1920s. These iconic arm chairs have a classic design profile and sculptural form and are well-crafted from solid bentwood beech. This set features a handwoven cane seat and backrest with elegant tapered legs. The chairs are a warm medium tone with beautiful vintage character and patina.

CONDITION
Very good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Stamped Ligna and Made in Czechoslovakia on underside of seats.
