Vintage Mid-Century Modern Set of 4 Cane Back Dining Chairs Newly Upholstered

Lovely vintage Mid-Century Modern coral frieze upholstered modified slipper chair with round tapered walnut legs. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The padding in the chair is a bit stiff and may eventually need redone. The fabric has no holes that we have detected, and it has been professionally shampooed but it does have some worn areas on the arm fronts, overall fading, and the buttons stayed a little dingy so, although we adore this coral-colored frieze fabric...

Fabulous vintage Modern Shaver Howard slatted steel back dining or side chairs with greige tweed seat cushions a set of 4. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that these are vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, the seats have been professionally cleaned; however, a few stubborn stains remain, and they will eventually need to be reupholstered. The set is priced accordingly. This is a FABULOUS set of four dining or side chairs by Shaver Howard composed of incredible clear coated steel frames with straight front and splayed back legs which also create the outer edge of the slatted backs, and they are wearing a greige (beige/gray) textured tweed fabric that will eventually need reupholstered. We never think of that as a negative aspect because we LOVE new fabrics… and think of the ENDLESS and incredible possibilities! Upon our extensive research we were able to confirm that this set was created prior to 1980 when Shaver Howard became Johnston Casuals...

Lovely vintage Bauhaus style made in Italy after Thonet chrome frame with wood & cane seat bistro or café chairs, a pair. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that these are vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The wood ring on one of the chair seats was split in the back and has been repaired. Fabulous set of five Mid-Century Modern Planner Group style #1534 dining chairs by Paul McCobb for Winchendon. Comprised of a dark walnut finished maple. They have been newly upholstered at some point in their recent past in a brown background fabric with chenille squiggly undulating lines in gold and turquoise or teal. Beautiful condition with age-appropriate wear as you would expect with vintage pieces. Two of the chair backs do have small nicks. One has been repaired. All chairs have been re-glued. We have used restore-a-finish on the original finish to bring back its original shine. Please see photos. Circa 1949-1964. Simply Amazing!! They are style number 1534, and they are comprised of a beautiful maple frame with a dark walnut finish. The foam seats are covered in a brown chenille fabric with raised fiber squiggly undulating lines in colors of gold and turquoise or maybe its teal. The fabric is so awesome it reminds us of a comfy chenille bedspread...
