We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely circa 1850 hand carved solid hardwood Olive press which has been repurposed as a large footstool / ottoman
An expertly crafted piece, this is pure art furniture and looks amazing from every angle, you will be hard pressed to find another anywhere for sale and is possible a one of a kind. The top section has been upholstered with buffalo hide which is super thick with a great patina
In terms of the condition we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there will be plenty of age and use related patina as you would expect from a 170+ year old piece.
