About the Item
Fabulous Thebes Stool from the Egyptian Revival period which borrowed ( heavily) from the days of Cleopatra. Constructed from Walnut with numerous precision made lathe turnings. Cross stretchers and the legs with hand/lathe work see pics. This example has been slightly restored, refinished professionally. So its in tip top shape.
