A very good looking and well-made pair of stools, they are based on a Regency design which dates back to circa 1810-1820 however these were made in circa 1880-1900 They have been upholstered with high grade premium cattle hide leather which has been hand dyed this lovely rich cigar brown colour, the leather is held in place with antique hand hammered studs and is finished with ornately carved frames
The upholstery has been fully restored, it was lightly washed back then hand dyed six times, antiqued, sealed, waxed down and polished, this glorious colour which is exclusive to my leather polishers, you will never see another pair of stools anywhere in the world with this finish

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
