About the Item

This ottoman was designed in 1963 by Kristian Vedel for Søren Willadsen Møbelfabrik. Constructed from solid oak, the frame showcases beautifully sculpted edges and rounded legs, embodying organic curves and a soft fluid shape. The seat features hand-stitched black leather in a woven pattern, providing texture and showcasing the superb craftsmanship of the piece. Either paired with one of Vedel's iconic armchairs or on its own a stand alone piece, this ottoman is a gorgeous staple of classic mid-century design.
