About the Item
This is a Teak Rocking Chair, designed by Hans Wegner for Tarm Stole of Denmark. This example dates to the 1970s. The frame of the chair is composed of teak, and the seat and backrest are upholstered in a neutral light tan fabric which appears to be original to the chair.
This chair measures 32.5 inches deep, 27.5 inches wide, and 42.5 inches tall. The seat height is 16 inches. The chair is in solid condition. The piece shows some scuffs along the frame, and there are some lights stains on chair seat. The label remains affixed under the seat. One of the pins appears to have a crack in it, and the other is chipped. Overall, this chair is in good condition. Please see photos.
