About the Item
An ‘Aro’ cherry wood and leather armchair designed by Chi Wing Lo for Giorgetti in 1995. This Italian armchair features an angular solid cherry wood frame in a warm, blonde hue with subtly tapered legs and metal-capped feet.
The seat, back, and arms are upholstered in patinated cognac leather with meticulous stitch detailing. Maker’s mark present along the underside. Italy, 1995.
Sold and priced individually.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. The leather upholstery has been meticulously washed and recolored by our in-house restorationists, requiring approximately eight hours of skilled restoration. Light scratches along the cherry wood frames that align with age and use. Each leather backrest includes a zipper along the backside. Maker’s mark present along underside.
