Dagmar Design - Karu lounge chair The Karu chair is a contemporary update of a classic design first produced in Finland by the Haimi Oy company in the early 1950s. The inviting curved arms and subtle winged back are the epitome of the post-war Nordic aesthetic. Karu offers perfect proportions for a bedroom or living room chair. The chair legs are available in oak or beechwood in a range of finishes. The frames are made from solid beechwood with a fully sprung seat. The chairs are upholstered in luxurious shearling from New Zealand in a range of colours. Other fabric options are also available by request. Matching ottomans are also available by request. Each chairs measures: Height of back 85 cm Width at arms 84 cm Total depth 90 cm Seat height 43cm.
