About the Item

Curvy and eye-catching Danish lounge chair from the 1930s. Set on carved and curved mahogany legs typical of the Art Deco period and with a low scalloped backrest giving it a very compact cool look. The carved armrests are very much in the Art Deco style and as they widen out towards the front of the chairs they give a both very inviting and dynamic expression - they kind of invite the person to come and sit. Upholstered in a red wool that remain in usable condition although we recommend to have the piece reupholstered as it shows wear. We are able to offer re-upholstery services on this chair at a very competitive price.
