About the Item
Very cool low swung Danish wingback lounge chair by Soren Willadsen. Great dramatic angles and proportions with carved wooden armrests and legs made of varnished oak wood showing great grain and patina and just minor natural wear. The chair has been re-upholstered in at a later point stands in an overall very good condition. even if we do recommend having the chair reupholstered. We can offer reupholstery at a very competitive price. The chair is mentioned in Literature: Teresa Nielsen "The History of Søren Willadsen's Furniture Factory. Reproduced and discussed on pp. 349–350 and p. 527. The chair was Søren Willadsen's own favorite chair
