Danish Art Deco Green Velvet Lounge Chairs, 1930s. Set of 2.
Pair of gorgeous Scandinavian lounge chairs in green mohair velour upholstery with lovely round feet. Made in Denmark by Danish cabinetmaker in the 1930s. This type of high end quality furniture was often made by Slagelse Møbelværk or Skive Møbelfabrik who were the leading manufacturers of the period.
Classic quality construction with coil springs in the seat. Curved armrests in solid stained beech with decorative carvings. Voluptuous seat and back makes for stylish and very comfortable seating.
Very good original well maintained condition with only very light patina consistent with age and use.
