About the Item
Classic elegant Danish lowback easy armchair from the 1940s by Alfred Christensen for Slagelse Mobelvaerk with open armrests in beautifully curved mahogany stained beech. Nice low elegant sculptural silhouette. Solid and sturdy construction and the floral wool fabric showing some age wear and we recommend reupholstery. This chair have copper coils in both seat and backrest for added comfort. We are able to re-upholster in lambswool or shearling should you wish and in any other fabric. Overall very good condition with just minor age wear and patina to the legs and armrests.
