About the Item

Danish Modern Bamboo and Leather Lounge Chairs and Table by Horsnæs, 1960s. Set of 3. Pair of Danish Mid-Century Modern lounge chairs and matching table. Manufactured by Horsnæs Møbelfabrik, Denmark in the 1960s as a part of the Manilla collection. These easy chairs with hunting or safari chair likeness are made from stained bamboo, rattan and thick saddle leather. The matching coffee table has the original smoked glass table top. Light and elegant chairs in moderate size that fits most interior designs without taking up too much space. Also very suitable for the orangery or conservatory. Measurements (DxWxH): Chairs: 64 x 58 x 64 cm Table: 53 x 53 x 41.5 cm Very good original vintage condition with patina consistent with age and use. Wonderful rich patina to the leather.
