Easy Chair is the outcome of an ongoing creative collaboration between designer Niklas Runesson and Dusty Deco. Runesson, a self-taught artist, furniture designer, and skilled carpenter, initially crafted this distinctive chair by hand in his Stockholm workshop. It is expertly constructed using solid walnut and features an inviting seat upholstered in genuine sheepskin. The partnership between Runesson and Dusty Deco spans several years, producing multiple iterations of the Easy Chair as well as various custom-made furniture pieces. Runesson’s design approach uniquely blends inspiration drawn predominantly from nature with elements derived from imagination and aspects of the unknown.
