About the Item

A rare Fauteuil à Corbeille or “Flower Basket” chair by the French sculptor Raymond Morales (1926-2004). The chair seat and back are comprised of hundreds of stamped steel rosettes individually spot welded over a prepared form and fitted with legs and braces, the entirety is finished in bronze.
