About the Item
This Lounge Armchair was designed 1958 by Hans Gugelot for Bofinger.
Well known for his Electronic Design works with Dieter Rams for manufacturer BRAUN.
This model is the first reedition before 2020 HABIT reedit it the 2cond time for the 100th Anniversary Birthday of Hans Gugelot.It was long out of production.
The frame today is in chrome or brass or black lacquered version.
So this is a early one HABIT Chair before 2010.
and this version were produced in stainless brushed steel.
Black semianiline leather and black stained pear wood.
The leather has some minimal wears.
The back is movable.
Well thought out down to the last detail: One single screw in the middle of the cross framework keeps the demountable armchair in shape.
This is one of the best Minimal German chairs and a timeless masterpiece.
