Our favorite color-way for this unique and rare design, the model G-23 'Hoop' lounge chairs by Piero Palange and Werther Toffoloni for Germa, Italy, circa 1970 and best of all we have a matching pair. The deep brown leather slings sitting atop the dark stained beech frames are so incredible - this color-way stands out from all the rest. Produced in Italy by Germa in the 1970s and no longer in production, these rare beauties are a must-have for collectors and designers alike. The thick gorgeous leather has a light yet deep patina but no wear marks or damage and no fading, extremely beautiful leather that would even impress Indiana Jones. For those interior designers that have a client who loves leather, this is the pair of chairs to get to truly wow them. These 'Hoop' easy chairs by Pierro Palange Werther Toffolloni for Germa would work great in a Mid-Century Modern, Scandanavian Modern or Danish Modern home or penthouse apartment but could also look fantastic in a Contemporary or Post-Modern room.
