A lounge chair made in Italy in the 1970s. This chair strongly represents the essence of furniture design of the 1970s, going beyond the strict conventions of modernism, with the exploration of the different qualities of materials, use of pop colors, and peculiar and symbolic appearances as outcome. The base of this chair is made in aluminum, a strong and sleek material contrasting the leather cushions. The high backrest provides excellent support, creating a perfect spot to relax or take a cat nap. The large cushions are partially tufted to keep them in place at the armrests, seats and headrests.
Please note that this item is in used condition, the leather shows signs of wear and use and damages. Reupholstery and restoration are advised and can be done before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
