Made in Finland, 1970s.
Ergonomically shaped and enveloping lounge chair by Yrjo Kukkapuro.
It has a chrome bar that is meant to be the suspension for the chair, and features a fiberglass seat shell and base. This lounge chair turns 360 degrees and tilts back.
It is among the most comfortable and elegant chairs made in the 1970s, and in addition to this, its orange upholstery gives it an even more futuristic touch, perfectly representing the Space Age design.
This lounge chair has been reupholstered with orange leather in the 90s.
It might show slight traces of use since it's vintage as shown in the pictures, but it can be considered as in very good condition and ready to become a piece in a home.
This lounge chair features its original label.
