A pair of large sculptural Danish mid-century lounge chairs featuring finely constructed oak frames with scalloped aprons on the front and the legs and arm supports comprised of turned stacked discs, beautifully upholstered in off-white boucle fabric with nailhead trim to the armrests. The broad backs are tightly upholstered with loose seat and back cushions and are extremely generous and comfortable.
These exquisitely crafted, unusual Danish chairs, solid yet light and airy, would be a fabulous addition to any room and compatible with many of today's design trends such as Organic Modern, Modern Scandinavian, Mid-Century Modern and Transitional.
