Lievore Altherr Molina Zoe Lounge Chair for Verzelloni, Italy. New, current production.
Please note: this price is for a Zoe Large (108 cm wide) with 'Luxus' fabric. Other variants and prices available, please ask us about all the possibilities.
Zoe distinguishes itself for its comfort and its casual design. The collection includes Armchairs XL, Large, Small and Baby, Chaise Longue, and pouf in different sizes, all available in
Outdoor version too. According to upholstery cover is provided in three finishes: Visible Seams, Classical Stitching or with "Punto Cavallo" stitching. "Punto Cavallo" finish is
available with up charge. We do not recommend fabrics that are too lightweight. The cover is fully removable. Zoe can be equipped with the small table Argo. As Zoe is made with
"mobile" material, the sizes indicated are approximate.
Available Finishes:
-"Visible Seams": Can be provided with fabrics Divina MD, and Divina 3 as well as with any kind of leather. In leather Zoe is provided as standard with Visible Seams only.
-"Classical Stitching": With all other fabrics we provide classical stitching with piping in the same fabric and colour.
- "Punto Cavallo": Decorative stitching available in 11 colours to be matched at pleasure with the fabric. Fabric has to be chosen among those specified as suitable. This finish is
available with up charge.
Zoe Outdoor:
In outdoor version Zoe is delivered with water repellent as well as sun's ray and general atmospheric agents resistant fabric, under cover is provided with water repellent materials
too, and both covers are sewed with mould resistant yarn. Zoe Outdoor is suitable for screened-in porches use, it can stand a gentle rain, but in this event we advise to remove
stagnant water and let the item completely dry. If necessary remove the cover and let the padding completely dry in the sun.
Framework:
It is built with no supporting frame, is shaped by a 100% Twill cotton cover, and made with separate chambers, containing expanded polystyrene pearls. The number of chambers
changes according to the size of the armchair: 6 in the Chaise Longue, 5 in the XL, Large and in the Small and 3 in the Baby armchair. Each chamber is made with a zip equipped
with a safety pocket. In account of the specific characteristics of the expanded polystyrene, which does not assure a constant density, it is not possible to guarantee that each Zoe
chair will have the same volume. Please allow a + or - 5% tolerance of the filling volume. With the daily use, the expanded polystyrene pearls might lose volume. This is also
normal. Original volume can be obtained by adding new expanded polystyrene pearls to one or more chambers

Designed by Erberto Carboni:
Graphic designer, poster designer and illustrator (Parma 1899 - Milan 1984). Graduated in architecture at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Parma (in 1921, earning an honorary diploma), he immediately started working as a graphic designer, opening a studio in his hometown (he developed advertising material for some local companies).
He also began to work as an illustrator, collaborating with some publishing houses in setting up the iconography of volumes of consumer fiction and beginning to work with some magazines, such as "Lidel", "Novella", "Dramma", "Emporium", "Le Grandi Firme".
