About the Item

Introducing a vintage Colombian-made, tanned saddle leather kiln dried oak and white walnut wood side chair designed by Beirmann Werner for the Arte Sano Company in the 1960s. Also called 'safari', 'lodge', or 'hunting' chairs these exquisite chairs are perfect for collectors and designers searching for an authentic campaign-style accent piece. Perfect against a myriad of design backdrops from Safari to Mid-Century Modern to Spanish Hacienda and everything in between this fabulously patinaed chair is sure to add depth, character and an authentically rustic aesthetic to your space. Last two of original set of six currently available so make it yours today before they're gone forever. ---Dimensions--- Width: 19 in / 48.26 cm Depth: 20.5 in / 52.07 cm Height: 32 in / 81.28 cm Seat Height: 17 in / 43.18 cm This stately campaign chair is perfectly patina'd. The original, vintage leather has signs of wear and we love it. The solid oak frame also shows signs of wear such as scratches and nicks adding to the character of these campaign chairs. This safari chair is comfortable, structurally sound and ready for decades more of use both in the field and in the home. Please view all photos and video for details on this extraordinary chair's current condition. We're limited on the amount of media we can post so additional photos and videos are available upon request.
