This refined and graphic Mid Century Modern swivel chair was realized in the United States circa 1960. It features a sculptural stylized shell form with button back detailing. The chair has been newly reupholstered in a Holly Hunt Cliffside ecriture velvet in a sultry and sumptuous smoked silver hue. The architectural and geometric pattern of the fabric provides a dynamic formal counterpoint to the curvilinear lines of the chair. With its austere silhouette and beautiful detailing, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling.
