About the Item

1970s vintage Charlton Company, Inc. mid century modern lounge chair and ottoman in walnut with original black vinyl. The chair swivels, tilts and rocks with its original sturdy Lester mechanism. The ottoman swivels. The extra bounce and rotating ottoman add features not available on similar lounge chair and ottoman pairs of the era. Purchased from original owners who bought it in the 1970s, it is still super comfortable. There is age appropriate wear, repairs and patina while still being very sturdy. 36” deep x 34” wide x 33.5” tall, 17.5” seat height. Ottoman 26” wide x 22” deep x 16.5” tall.
