About the Item
Striking pair of large T-back lounge chairs in the Milo Baughman style, circa 1970s. ( they have no label or maker’s mark). These iconic “floating cube” chairs feature upholstered bodies that appear to hover above their bases, supported by sleek chrome frames — a hallmark of Baughman’s modernist style.
The chairs have been newly reupholstered in a textured mustard-yellow fabric that complements the polished chrome beautifully. They are extremely comfortable, generously scaled, and designed to make a statement whether placed against a wall or floating in the center of a room.
The chrome frames are in great vintage condition with only light wear consistent with age. Structurally strong, stable, and ready for immediate use.
