About the Item
Charming 1950's clam-style lounge chair made in Denmark from stained and varnished beech wood. The design bears resemblance to the famous model Pragh by Designer team Schubell and Madsen and also has a stance and silhouette similar to Phillip Arctander's famous clam chair. Made from stained and varnished beechwood. Light and very versatile chair with a strong presence for its size. Original fabric shows wear but is still usable. We are able to offer re-upholstery services for this chair at a very affordable cost and can re-upholster in lambswool or shearling in which the chair simply looks fantastic.
