Organic 1950ies Madame lounge chair in Boucle designed by Fritz Neth 1955
high back Lounge chair, designed by Fritz Neth for Correcta foams company in 1955.
With it’s beautiful organic seat shell in contrast to the four steel legs, the Madame chair offers great comfort and and an extraordinary elegance.
The chair is in good condition and was re-upholstered in a Italian high-quality Boucle fabric.
The reupholstery process of this Modell requires great craftsmanship due to the necessity that all seems require hand-stichting only.
The inner construction, which is outstanding at the time, is welded from metal which gives it the necessary stability and allowed Fritz Neth to give it it’s elegant outlines.
