About the Item

Mid-Century Modern vintage riviera style organic lounge chair or side chair from woven rattan and metal attributed to the design by Franco Albini 1950s Italy. While the seat shell shows a beautiful woven rattan work the feet from black lacquered tube steel produce a graceful appearance. The round seat cushion is renewed with high quality tangerine structured textile fabric. Rattan furnitures are wonderfully light, stable and naturalistic. This lounge chair provides throughout the easygoing rattan seat shell and metal mix with a special movement and works perfectly with all Mid Century Modern pieces as well as Organic interiors or Contemporary design. The rattan lounge chair could accentuate with its texture and its voluminous rattan work a sophisticated detail in your environment. Very good condition with minor signs of age and use, like fine scratches at the metal feet. approx. measures: Width 86 cm Depth 74.5 cm Height 109 cm Seat height 39 cm.
