About the Item
Beautiful pair of 1950s Danish easy chairs in the style of Peter Hvidt. Very elegant with their distinct shape, precise lines and harmonious proportions. The size make them very versatile and well suited for today's urban homes. The chairs have been reupholstered at a later point and Floral wool fabric is in still clean usable condition even if they are showing some signs of wear. The legs are mahogany stained and in cabriole style something not seen so often on Danish mid-century chairs but a detail that is coming back into vogue. We are able to offer re-upholstery services on these chairs and can re-cover in lambswool or shearling should you wish. Overall very good vintage condition.
