About the Item
A pair of striking 1980s French director chairs in the style of Jean-Michel Frank, Andrea Putnam re-edition. These armchairs feature sturdy wooden frames in a rich, dark finish with criss-cross legs, a hallmark of the director chair design. The weathered frames are beautifully complemented by smooth, black leather seats and backrests accented with contrasting off-white stitching. Unmarked. France, 1980s.
