About the Item
Pair of original "Baffo" chairs designed by Gianni Pareschi and Ezio Didone in 1969, manufactured by Busnelli of Milan. The form and functionality of Italian design from this era is echoed throughout the sling chair with the chromed tubular steel frame and original leather seat. The design, inspired by le Corbusier, achieves a lightness with the suspended seat and negative space yet still has substantial presence/durability because of the thick cowhide and polished chrome materials.
