About the Item
Postmodern "Preview" lounge chairs manufactured in the 1980s. Preview, a division of Wieman Furniture of Hickory North Carolina.
Exceedingly durable and comfortable with a densely cushioned seat and back rest with stylish, thick armrests which have a 'floating-like" appearance. All supported by ebonized block feet.
Upholstery was likely redone in the 1990s. The fabric and foam are sound, but the pair could benefit from a re-do in a less busy fabric tautly applied to to better defines its crisp lines. One chair retains the manufacturer label.
