This rare chair model "Mikki” were designed by Carl Gustaf Hiort Af Ornäs and produced by his own company, Puunveisto Oy in the mid 1940s in Finland. Super elegant and enticingly functional design. Organic, curved, smooth surfaces and very comfortable - characteristic charms of Hiort Af Ornäs’s design language. This lounge chair is professionally upholstered and refinished showing off its stylish curves from all sides upholstered in a upscale mid-century wool from Kvadrat. Overall very good to excellent condition.
