About the Item

Fantastic teak and rope low lounge chair attributed to Pierre Jeanneret. This was sourced from Chandigarh India in the early 2000s. This exact chair (along with a second chair that already sold) appeared in Sothebys 20th Century Design, Lot 64, June 2015 along with other Pierre Jeanneret items. Similar in character to Jeanneret’s kangaroo chair. Designed for private residences in Chandigarh in the late 1950s. Custom US shipping quotes available.
