Exceptional pair of Italian Art Deco club armchairs with sculptural bentwood frames executed in richly figured burl wood, Italy, circa 1920s–1930s.
These armchairs exemplify the refined yet expressive language of early Italian Art Deco design. The continuous, flowing armrests create a powerful sculptural silhouette, giving the chairs a strong architectural presence from every angle. The burl wood frames display striking natural grain patterns and a deep, warm patina developed over decades, highlighting the quality and craftsmanship of the period.
