About the Item

A unique Empire lounge chair with brass detail on neckrest. By master carpenter Friedrich Rambach, active in Stockholm, Sweden between 1834-1861. Beautiful "Emma" chair like style with a eye-catching brass decor. Marked F. Rambach, under seat. Reupholstered during early 20th Century. In need of new upholstery, some wear on current fabric and dry padding.
