About the Item

Superb Danish late Art Deco early midcentury chairs from the late 1930's or early 1940s with spring cushions and beautiful open armrests and legs carved in solid Birch with great grain and patina. We just love the simple yet very refined elegant design of these chairs, which will work very well in combination with any modern furniture and helps bring a strong design statement to any room. The chairs are in very good condition with just minor appropriate age wear and patina to the wood. The chairs have been re-upholstered at some point and the wool fabric is remains in clean usable condition. We can offer reupholstery of these chairs at a very competitive price, however.
