About the Item

A vintage Midcentury leather lounge chair by Göte Möbler, Sweden.. The chair features a generous seat with deeply padded cushions in soft leather, set within a sturdy hardwood frame. The arms are upholstered over wide timber supports, and the backrest is slightly reclined for comfort. The cylindrical legs, visible stretcher bar, and wraparound frame reflect the robust yet relaxed Scandinavian aesthetic typical of Göte Möbler's postwar production. The leather shows signs of wear, scratches etc.
