This Ikea classic vintage lounge armchair was designed 1982 by Knut and Marianne Hagberg.
Modell SÄLEN.
It is made of a solid scandinavian pine wood.
This version is rare with the red wire frame.The Sälen was produced only for a short period of 2 Years.
Usually this Modell is also known with a upholstered canvas back and a upholsterd seating frame with the name Modell DALA / ELEGANT.
The armrest are beautiful well curved.
This chair comes with a blue fabric seating pad .The blue fabric is was not is originally from Ikea
