About the Item

This original vintage mid century modern Knoll (attr.) butterfly chair was designed by BKF Hardoy in Argentina in 1938 and later produced by Knoll. This iconic chair features an inventive design with simple, clean lines for use in both indoors and outdoors. This classic chair features a sturdy, one-piece black solid iron frame with removable, custom-fitted red canvas fabric sling. CONDITION Good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Minor patina to metal frame. DIMENSIONS W 32” x D 28” x H 34” Seat Height: 15.5” NOTE: Price is for one red chair. Matching chair with black canvas also available.
