About the Item
We are delighted to offer for sale our first ever range of Luxury, prototype, custom made armchairs, they are oversized, Howard style love seat / extra large armchairs upholstered in Mulberry silk velvet fabrics, edition numbers 001 and 002
These really are a work of art, I have four pairs in different Mulberry Silk velvet country house fabrics, each chair has been stamped and edition numbered on the inside back left leg, this pair is edition number 001 and 002 as mentioned which are the first edition in this fabric, they are the largest type of this chair ever produced, my wife and I can sit comfortably in one hence, they are love seats not simply armchairs
These chairs come in four sizes, the pieces pictured here are available to buy now, there are three smaller sizes which can be made to order at your request, they take 6-12 weeks depending on the frame size and production time, please feel free to send me an email if you wish to discuss the other options
This pair are upholstered in Mulberry Morning Gallop, printed on an opulent velvet, this painterly design captures the trilling sight of jockeys joyously exercising their racehorses at a full stretch over the turf early on a misty morning

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
