About the Item
Round Art Deco ottoman in the style of Swedish designer Otto Schulz. made in Sweden during the 1920-30s. Made from birch with zebrano decor and black stained birch legs. Striking and geometrical, typical for the refined Art Deco style in Scandinavia during the 1920-30s. New dark brown velvet upholstery. Very good vintage condition with some light signs of wear and patina.
Otto Schulz founder of Gothenburg interior company BOET was one of Swedens most prominent designer during the early 20th century. he is known for his chunky and highly original designs making some of Swedens best Art Deco and Swedish grace furniture.
