About the Item
The project starts from leather threads, valuing the manual work of various craft techniques, such as braids, cords, chains and fringes.
The chains were represented in three-dimensional shape with leather braids and internal steel wire. The fringes, a detail that is in vogue in fashion, and that brings a visual effect of flight in the movement of the swing, from the basic technique of the customized leather cord.
The result is a sophisticated design piece, an indoor swing. Created as a unique work of art, by being hand braided.
The seat is upholstered with light foam on the surface and has an elegant texture effect.
All metallic finishes are gilded.
Supports weight up to: 100Kg
Accompanies support to secure to the ceiling with 8 screws for installation.
This piece was launched at the 2016 ICFF fair, then at the Hampton Designer Show House, and Design Weeks in Milan, Rome, Paris, Stockholm and São Paulo.
