About the Item
Custom three-piece sectional sofa acquired from a Houston, TX mansion filled with Milo Baughman pieces, from chrome framed dining chairs, coffee tables, a Parsons burl wood dining table and matching credenza and much much more.
The pieces are as follows:
(1) curved section
(2) chair sections
We are offering this in its original condition; new upholstery required. Foam is in great condition and ready for new fabric.
This sofa can be arranged in several of ways, from one sectional, to being separated into two chairs and one curved section, or with the two chair portions adjacent. The frames are heavyweight and of great quality, with all wood construction and finished with brass.
We have listed the chair portions in another listing in the event that those are the only two pieces desired. They would make excellent lounge chairs.
