About the Item
Fantastic set of four Carl Straub brutalist pine and leather lounge chairs that can be configured into a sectional sofa with multiple variations.
Made in 1974 in Germany.
Large leather cushions rest on a saddle leather sling that strap and buckle to the heavy pine frames fabricated with mortis and tenon joinery, the combination of their oversized proportions and sling seats make them exceptionally comfortable. The chairs each measure 30.7" wide.
Good vintage condition, some minor fading to areas of the leather and wood.
