A stunning antique Edwardian settee. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1900-1910 period.
The quality is outstanding, with lovely proportions and a beautiful design. The frame is elegant yet sturdy, the back is beautifully pierced and has gorgeous inlays of satinwood. The arms have a wonderful scrolled design, this looks fantastic from all angles.
We have had this recently re-polished, the seat and back rest have been newly upholstered in a cream cotton fabric. The condition is excellent for its age, with some very minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there.
