About the Item
Superb Swedish settee from the late 1940's or early 1950s with coil springs in the seat and beautiful open armrests and legs carved in solid blond Elm wood with great grain and patina. We just love the simple yet very refined elegant design of this settee, which will work very well in combination with any modern furniture and helps bring a strong design statement to any room. The settee is in very good condition with minimal age wear to the wood. The fabric remains in usable condition, however we recommend having it reupholstered. We can offer reupholstery of this piece at a very competitive price.
