About the Item

A petite 1930s side or slipper chair in rosewood frame attributed to Osvaldo Borsani. The rosewood frame and the legs are very similar or a later version of the classic chair he designed in 1933 for Casa Minima, characteristic of the designer. The two front legs are rectangular with a curve on the front, the back legs have an elegant angle that support the back. The rosewood wooden frame is fully restored as well as the upholstery which is done expertly in a pure organic fine boucle wool fabric with piping. The colour of the fabric is a light beige cappuccino, we have more of this fabric if you would like any extra meters to match it with any of your other interiors. The chair is ready to use and it would look amazing in a minimal or midcentury or any other interior as is very stylish and elegant. It can be easily decorate a living room, hallway, bedroom or as any other room. Overall this piece is in a great condition and it dimensions make it comfortable and easy. Please contact us for international postage quotes. Please note, Rosewood can only be exported with CITES documentation. Listing price doesn't include the fee for Cites which is about £200.
